Relph Benefit Advisors provides information for employees and guidance for the Economic Opportunity Program on the best of insurance coverage to meet our needs.

 

This year was the first time we provided a 'mandatory' open enrollment meeting for our staff. It made a huge difference. Many employees did not understand the value of the benefits provided by EOP.

 

Karen Fogarty's presentation received a very favorable response from employees. More employees enrolled than we expected, and our supplemental programs received much more interest than ever before. Our Medical Flex Plan was explained so carefully that everyone truly understood its value – many for the first time – and our enrollment increased sizably.
