Peter’s expertise and extensive experience is in dealing with employee benefits, retirement plans, welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements. He assists his clients with issues arising under the various laws and regulations governing these types of arrangements including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, the IRS code and other federal and state laws. Peter is a Partner in the Boston, MA offices of the highly respected firm of Proskauer Rose. In addition to his frequent speaking engagements and professional articles, Dr. Rearick recently authored "Good Health is Good Business-an Implementation Guide for Corporate Wellness." He is a board certified family physician with 20 years of clinical experience. After leaving clinical practice in 1997, Dr. Rearick worked as a medical director for Aetna, as Chief Medical Officer of a national health cost containment company, and currently is the VP of Medical Management for Strategic Benefit Solutions, an Atlanta based health and welfare consulting firm.
